“How is she?” In her vague consciousness, Heleina heard a familiar voice waking her up from her seemingly long sleep.
Zeldoris... why is he here? And, where am I? She felt tired to even open her eyes that she kept it close and just listened some more.
“Don’t worry Master, she is safe.” Said another male voice that somehow felt familiar too.
“And the child?” She heard fear in Zeldoris’ trembling words.
The child? What child? Ah, yes... she was pregnant...
“For now, the heartbeat had normalized. The child is out of stress and is safe as well.”
Safe? Why what happened to my baby?
She heard a loud sigh as she felt the side of the bed move from some the weight of someone sitting on it.
