CHAPTER FIFTEEN
Despite their strange beginnings, married life fell into a normal routine. Jocelyn went to work while Luke stayed home to work in his office. He’d tell her goodbye and sometimes even have coffee ready for her to take with her. She’d been tempted to remind him that the restaurant had plenty of coffee available—and better coffee, too—but she hadn’t had the heart.
They spent most of their nights together as well. Jocelyn had unofficially moved into Luke’s bedroom, although she hadn’t moved her things into his closet. Although they were married, that step seemed too large for Jocelyn. Besides, she’d figured, the closet was small. It’d be better for them both if she kept her things in a separate room.
