“Good morning.” Steve was first to wake up and tapped Greg’s face. “Are you still sleepy?” He held Greg’s arm that kept his chest warm all night.
“Hmm.” Was Greg’s only reply.
“We have to wake up now, the folks are here.”
“A little bit more…” Greg snuggled closer to Steve.
Steve smiled and loved the way Greg dug his nose on his neck. He wrapped his arms around Greg and let him stay that way for a few more minutes. He talked and knew that Greg was listening.
“Greg…I know you can hear me. I want to talk about last night.”
Greg didn’t respond but tapped his fingers on Steve’s chest. Letting him know that he was listening.
