Hunter. I couldn’t stop thinking about him and how I wanted it to work out this time. Hope and I were both still suspicious, but we also had some hope.
I was going to grab some food during my lunch break when I came across my mom in the hall. What was she doing here on the 4th floor? Was she sick and came for some medicines or herbs? That thought made me worry.
Normally my mom only stayed on the omegas’ floor, the 3rd one, or around the kitchen or dining room facilities. It had been quite some time since we saw each other, since we spoke . Seeing her brought me some contentment, but it also made me feel a little pang of stress. I didn’t want to have another discussion with her, especially not after hardly talking to her for months.
