Alice POV
My dad and I have arrived.
"She's here, baby," I heard mom said when I opened the door. I saw her and Alyssa in a position to surprise me. But they haven't surprised me yet. I guess she's waiting for an update.
"Howsh school ay ay?" Alyssa ask. Alyssa called me ay ay. She is used to calling me that nickname because she can't pronounce my name yet.
"Well…" I tried to sound sad with my voice to make them think that I did not pass the interview.
"Hmm?" Mom is waiting for the next word to say.
"I am qualified!!" I said happily. Mom and dad were jumping because of joy. Dad knew that I was qualified already, but his reaction was like he had just heard it for the first time. Alyssa jumps too. She's so cute with her tiny legs jumping in joy with my parents.
