Chapter 17 The Breaking Point (Maya’s POV) I hadn’t planned to walk past David’s office. In fact, I had been avoiding that entire hallway since the day I discovered his affair. But today, the elevator was broken, and I had no choice but to take the long route to radiology. My footsteps slowed as I neared his door.
