I dug into my stomach, praying to the Moon Goddess that I was able to get my pups out before it was too late. I wouldn’t lose any of my children without a fight. I also knew that Xavier couldn’t handle losing his mate or pups. I wouldn’t allow him to suffer in that way. So, the only option I had was to send the doctor to help them while I dealt with my situation alone.
Well, not completely alone it seemed.
