Fury blazed through me. I was in an uncontrollable frenzy. I wanted to stop, I knew I didn’t want to harm anyone here, even if my mother’s words hurt me deeply. My counterparts were trying to stop me as well, but it seemed like my body had its own mind.
The boiling temper of madness was scorching my blood, flowing through my veins as I winced. My body was chasing my mother and father, targeting them as the enemy.
‘What are you doing? Stop. They are not a threat.’ I screamed in my mind, wishing for my body to listen. Nothing I said, nothing I did, stopped the madness coursing through me. I watched as my hands light with fire, as my eyes widened.
