We were discharged the next day. The doctor pleased with Noah’s progress with feeding and gave me the ok as well. I’m still pretty sore as Stuart helps me into the wheelchair. My mum carrying my bags Noah on my lap in his car seat while Stuart pushes us out. Saying our thanks and goodbyes to the staff. We are in the car and driving home. I sat in the back resting my head on the window while Noah holds my finger while he sleeps soundly. Getting into the house was an interesting experience. Stuart demanding he carry me in while my mum gets Noah, the bags can wait for the moment. As Stuart lifts Noah up to get him settled in the mosses basket in the lounge my mum makes us some snacks. It’s all peaceful and calm as the wee dude sleeps and we chill out. My mum has been great, doing laundry
