“Don't call me your mate again! I hate that word the most,” Egon growled, his dominating aura filling the entire house. “What?” Emily gasped, taken aback by his sudden rejection of the mate bond. “This 'mate' thing is only a burden. We should get rid of it soon. About the husband thing, stop doing this. It's just a marriage in name. It's a treaty.
