I stared at the bright pink drink in my mom's hand and couldn't help but frown as she extended it towards me.
"What's that for?" I asked, blinking up at her as I watched those brown eyes roll dramatically.
"For you to drink sweetie. And maybe take that hoodie off for a little bit. It's like ninety degrees out. The last thing we need is you getting heat stroke." She grumbled and just as she said that, an older man in swim trunks walked by, making my mom's eyes wander to his bare chest. Gross.
"On the other hand, I'm sure one of these men around here has to be a doctor. That could be a good way of meeting someone." She smirked, making me scoff before reaching out and taking the drink.
