DAMIEN’S POV
The next morning I woke up with a splitting headache and I was dizzy, this normally happened if someone in my pack was failing to reach me through a mind link. After last night, Scarlet had insisted I check on Haines and find out if things were ok back home so that we could have an uninterrupted night. She performed a spell to block all messages and I had allowed it, now I kind of regretted it.
As I sat there contemplating waking her up, she jumped awake sweating and breathing heavily like we were under attack.
“What is happening?” I asked her in panic
