Matilda’s POV
I sped away from Xheree's house in my car.
“Son of a b***h!” I muttered.
I didn't expect to see Viel at Xheree's house. I thought that since I helped her out, she would do what I wanted.
“Get ready, Xheree! You'll pay for being a traitor!”
I went straight to Marco's condo to calm down.
“Matilda, what are you doing here?” Marco asked.
I didn't answer. Instead, I went inside and sat on the sofa.
Marco stood in front of me. “What do you need?”
“I want whisky,” I replied.
“Okay, just wait!”
He went to the kitchen to get some alcohol. “So, why are you here?”
I took a sip of whisky. “Viel went back to Xheree.”
He smiled. “That's good! Then we don't need to feel guilty.”
