"Emma," I called her name.
She froze and turned in my direction to confirm someone was calling her name. Her lazy blue eyes stopped on my face, she did not say anything but kept looking at me to continue what I was going to say.
I walked towards her. It was the first time I was seeing her so closely. There were streaks of grey between her jet black hair, showing the knowledge she gained from her life that was already reflected in her eyes.
