Samael tried to calm his granddaughter as she started rambling right after he woke up. He then grabbed her shoulders and made her look at him. “Shanaia, stop talking,” he firmly said to her. Shanaia looked at him and stopped talking. “Now, I want you to breathe. Take calming breaths, deep breaths,” he told her. Shanaia did what she was told and took several deep breaths before she switched to calming breaths. Soon, the rush of adrenaline started to fade and Shanaia felt a bit woozy. “Grandpa…” she called as her eyes began to droop, the same time her straightened back started to slouch. “Yes?” “My head hurts,” she said and then she reached up for the back of her head. Shanaia touched the back of her head and she felt a slight bump on the place that hit the underwater rock formation.
