The ride in the carriage took them at least an hour until they noticed the thick green forest started to thin. Soon, the shifters’ ears began to twitch as they heard the splashing of waves.
Ivan stood up while the carriage still moved and squinted his eyes as he looked ahead of them. Then he grinned when he saw the beach at the end of the dirt road.
“I see the beach,” Ivan announced.
“We know, now, sit down,” Zander said, pulling Ivan to sit down.
The carriage moved faster until they finally reached the shore. Once the carriages came to a complete stop, they immediately climbed down and looked at what was in front of them.
