Shanaia went for Adano as the others kept the human puppets busy. She elongated her claws when she was close enough and slashed Adano’s chest. Then she jumped towards his back and clamped her claws into Adano’s shoulders before pushing him down to his knees.
“Let go of those humans!” Shanaia ordered Adano.
Instead of doing what Shanaia told him, Adano just snickered at her. Shanaia furrowed her eyebrows and then all of a sudden, she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen.
