"One more push and baby's head will be out." Doc gently encourages Tori while she has a mother f*****g death grip on my neck all while Jack's across the other side of the bed looking like he's getting his hand broken.
She lets out a pain-filled cry as she pushes out the baby's head but instead of taking a break before pushing again she just carries on and before I know it the baby is fully out and wailing and if that ain't the best sound ever!
