“You seem so in distress.” Chelsey stops me from walking by holding my shoulder back.
I tiredly sat on the nearest bench and stared at the ground. “I do not know anymore Chelsey. I am just certain that I want to keep him forever but I am also getting weak.”
She sat beside me and hugged me. “Nica, please don’t. You should be stronger for Hiro.”
“But he is losing hope. He thinks that he has no chance of recovering anymore. For two damn nights since we came home from Austine, all we did was to nag at each other.” I sighed. “Who would not be pissed off?! He will come home late. Knowing that his condition is not good anymore he kept on doing it.”
