“Shorty, what do you mean she doesn’t have a wolf?” Deacon gritted.
“She doesn’t have a wolf. I only sensed one soul in her. Hers. She has no wolf counterpart,” Allie explained.
“How is that possible?” Lucian questioned. “Daniel said she was from another pack. Plus, we’re full werewolves.”
“It’s not uncommon for a werewolf to lose their wolf counterpart when they’re rejected, or in her case, mutilated and left for dead,” Dorian responded. “It could be that her wolf sacrificed herself to save your mother’s life.”
