Not much later, I found myself sitting in my own chambers, wearing the clothes that had been hand picked by no one other than Dae, while I waited for the knock on my door that would signal that it was time for breakfast. It had come to my attention that I had completely misjudged the time in my haste earlier, which was now why I found myself with nothing to do, for goodness knew how long.
I couldn’t help but wonder what Dae was doing, and wonder whether or not he was aimlessly waiting, just as I was. And by doing so, I also found myself wondering whether or not Dae was as determined to attend breakfast as he had been before. I still failed to see the reason why he wanted to attend, but it was something that I would not be able to influence or change, even if I tried to.
