Even though I knew that he was upset and that he wanted nothing more than for me to leave, I couldn’t help but ignore it all. I was going to stay here until he spoke to me with something other than that irritated tone of voice, and even if that took the whole day, so it would be.
The only problem was that I no longer knew what to say to him, and truthfully, it didn’t look like he was listening either.
