C H A P T E R 50 - King Kal.

2490 Words

“I hope that the two of you understand the seriousness of this situation. It’s not some kind of solution to our demands, if that is what you’re hoping for it to be, Dae. You will marry Princess Anoa, whether you like it or not.”                “Do you think that she would want to marry me after that?” My eyes moved from Elder Xara, to Dae, and I couldn’t help but think to myself about what a big mess this had all become. I couldn’t even begin to imagine how Anoa was feeling, and after she had walked out of here, it had taken every ounce of self-control to make sure that I didn’t go after her. I didn’t have much experience in terms of her walking away, but I knew what it felt like when she wasn’t around, and this right here, the constant arguing, was the perfect example of it.
