"Why?" I asked. Needing to know the rationale behind his words.
Hunter looked at me, unsure as to how he should respond. I watched as the question settled over him, confusing him all the more. It was clear he didn't know much about Sienna from the time they had first met to now. I was evident that the Sienna from before was long gone. But had he seriously not seen that? Or had Kevin's attempt to make Sienna the bad guy in all of this actually worked? Was he seriously so deluded that he actually thought he meant nothing to her?
