About an hour later my phone rings with another incoming call from Ace. I send the call directly to voicemail in hopes that he gets the message. I wait a couple of minutes for the alert that he left the message.
Javier walks into my office with a confused look on his face.
"Are you not going to listen to that?" He asks, pointing to my phone from the ping of the voicemail alert.
I shrug my shoulders and place my phone on my desk instead. Javier sends me a frustrated look in return but doesn't say anything. Instead, he walks over to my desk and grabs my phone. I grit my teeth in annoyance, but allow him to play the message.
"PLEASE! Hunter! I'm begging you. Put an end to this. Sienna isn't fighting back. They're going to kill her if you don't put a stop to this!" Ace
