I turned to Kisha when Noah shut down the link.
Instantly knowing I was worried, she came over and brushed the hair from my eyes.
“What’s happened?” Kisha’s soft voice penetrated my inner turmoil.
“Amelia is pregnant...if she uses her power to bring down the rogues. She will lose the baby.”
Kisha gasped her hand, going to her mouth and tears forming in her eyes.
