(Veronica POV)
I walked around the village on patrol.
"Good morning General" many greeted as I smiled and greeted back.
Today was the coronation and the whole village is excited. Everyone was dressed up beautifully. The ceremony is in the evening but the people rush to the arena so they can secure the front seats.
"General Veronica, the west border is secured" one of the warriors said as I nodded.
"Thank you, Dean. You can go and prepare for the ceremony. Tell the rest of the warrior to meet me at the arena 2 hours before the ceremony. We need to do a double check" I said as he nodded and went off.
