I was absent the following day. My left cheek still had the trace of burns, as well as my soles. I just stayed in bed the entire day. That demon was really powerful to not let me heal overnight.
Libby fussed over me, doing her magic or something. It soothed me, so I did not have to endure pain unlike last night. It stung so much that I couldn’t sleep straight.
