I took Nicole to a fine dine restaurant for dinner. Only because she won't shut up about it. After I confirmed our reservation with the hostess, a waiter led us to our table.
I quietly scan the menu while Nicole won't shut her mouth.
"Are you even listening??" she screeched.
I sighed and put menu down.
"Obviously I wasn't. " I mumbled.
"I've been talking here while your head is somewhere I don't know. " she ranted.
I sighed again and motioned for the waiter to leave. Once he's gone, I leaned towards Nicole and grabbed her arm tight. She winced.
