My mind was still processing what happened tonight. Why did Kyle do it? He tried to kidnap Sheryl, threatened to kill her and don’t even get me started on the sick things he insinuated doing to Max.
I couldn’t help but wonder if I failed him growing up. I was his big brother, how did I not see him going down this dark path? Could I have been a better role model for him?
I knew I should have stopped Max from killing Kyle, but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. I kept imagining the scenario involving Chloe and Cameron. Would I deprive Chloe of getting her revenge? I don’t even have to think about that one, the answer was an obvious, no.
I knew there would be consequences for what happened tonight , but I would deal with that when the time came. The council would certainly find
