Chapter 26
Not knowing what else to do, I bite down on the hand covering my mouth. I hear a sharp intake of breath and use this moment of distraction to kick backwards with my right foot using all my strength. It comes in contact with the figure behind me and it stumbles back falling on the wet ground. I turned around expecting to see something- anything but there was nothing. I reach for a towel with trembling hands and cover myself.
Of all the places that this can happen, it had to be at my most vulnerable. Should I expect a visit while I take a dump?
