Chapter XXVII
In the middle of the night after a heated cold dip in the sea, both Clarissa and Gavin ended up together in bed. Just the two of them and kept the silence as Gavin caress her naked back and planting kisses from time to time.
She's lying on her stomach and looking out at an open window. Gavin has his legs above her with his hands travel on her skin up and down, slowly and sensually.
It's too quiet, just like how quiet it was when things are still complicated. Yet for some reason, they found serenity for the night. But not in Clarissa's head.
