When I opened my eyes, the plain white walls and ceiling overwhelmed me.
Where am I?
I looked around and saw an unfamiliar face of an old man who looked worried.
“You're finally awake, hija!” he said while there was a hint of relief in his tone.
Who is he?
“Where are you? Where am I?” I asked.
“Don't you remember what happened last night? You were on the road, almost freezing in the cold under the heavy rain, and then you asked me to help you,” he told me.
