By the time the others were awake I have been through most of the things Jayne dragged out.
I was confident we had enough supplies to last, but I wasn’t sure the others would agree and Jayne wanted to go to a human town and pick more things up which I was desperately trying to talk her out of. I had enjoyed the time I spent with Ares in the room of the tavern, but I had never been able to fully let my guard down there because I was afraid of what would happen to me if I was discovered by the humans.
