“Morrigan…” My name, again. I grasped on the floor around me feeling for the tiny, useless knife to defend myself. I had asked why he was here, and he had said my name and moved closer to me. “Stay away from me, Luc.” I growled the words and hoped that it wasn’t obvious that I couldn’t transform to defend myself. “Morrigan…” Was that all he could say?
