'Why wasn't she angry?' Elizabeth stared at the cell phone screen for ages before she actually sent the message to Jonas, and she didn't really expect him to acknowledge her when she did finally decide to confront him. 'She was.' He responded almost instantly, but Elizabeth shoved the phone back into the pocket of her sweater before Sawyer came back into the room, because she knew he would be upset with her for asking. She forgot about it until he left her alone when he went to the store, and when she looked at her phone again she sighed. It didn't make any sense to her, and she wasn't sure how to respond. 'Why didn't she do something?' The question had been bothering her for days, and her heart was racing when she sent the message. 'She did.' An infuriatingly vague answer.
