Kate wondered if her head was going to explode. Rikka had dozens of images all moving and shifting so fast across the screens of the control room’s monitor wall that Kate couldn’t keep up.
At first it hurt her eyes, then it started hurting her brain as she tried to make sense of the shifting images.
Only two people weren’t rubbing their eyes or looking away, Rikka and Leona Edwards.
“You have a rolling blackout moving through the building,” the FBI agent noted.
