“I have never been so nervous all my life”, Mom admitted as she and my Dads decided to sit behind us to support me if things went awry.
“We were the most nervous while proposing to you”, Dad Kyle cheekily said and shrugged while grinning.
“I am your f*****g mate and was pregnant with your kids at that time. What the f**k else would have I said instead of ‘yes’ !”, Mom replied while rolling her eyes.
“You never said yes in the first instance”, Dad Sage chipped in. “You almost gave us a heart attack instead”, he added.
Yeah that’s true.
My mom being the brat she was, made her mates suffer first before she said “Yes” loud and clear.
I heard the story end number of times and often my Dads would grimace when they remembered that time.
