When I got home from Kai's I went straight to my room. Puffed with anger and feeling empty as though something had been taken away from me. And it had. Kai had been taken away from me and all my plans were literally going up in smoke. It was not easy to get human Lynn out of his mind and now she was a witch. An Ariella witch and powerful in that case. In fact I had not even managed to get her out of his mind.
