“You’re dating the boss, you don’t have to show up to work early,” Landon teased as he got out of bed.
He spent the night at my place, but had to leave before the day got bright because he needed time to prepare for work.
I laughed, my voice slightly groggy. “It seems like you want the board to come after us again.”
Landon smirked. “They don’t have any proof.”
I sat upright and pushed my hair back. “Thank you for last night.”
He paused and looked at me. “What do you mean?”
I blushed. “I don’t know… last night was amazing,” I admitted, my voice quiet. “We did things that we had never done before.”
He nodded. “Yeah… I just wanted to spice things up a little bit.”
“We should do it more often.”
