After I chased Cora away and asked her never to come close to my house, I went back into my house and closed the door properly.
Then I went back to my room.
I remembered that someone was calling me on my way back home, so I checked my phone.
My lips curled into a smile when I saw that it was Liam.
I dialed his number as I sat on the edge of the bed. He answered on the first ring. “Hey, pretty girl. How are you doing?” His smooth voice echoed from the other end of the line.
“I’m good. How are you doing?”
Liam and I talked about our day for a while before he finally told me the main reason why he called.
“I was thinking that we should hang out tonight, what do you think?”
I contemplated for a while.
“I don’t have anything planned, so we can hang
