It was a very quiet trip back to the pack and as soon as we got there, I didn’t see anyone hanging around the packhouse.
Gage claimed that he needed to go and do some work for his father but I wasn’t sure if that was the truth or not.
I went upstairs to my room and I put my bag on the floor and flopped on the bed.
I didn’t think he would be so pissed about me trying to find someone for him. He can’t stay single forever. And no matter what his feelings are about me, it was never going to happen.
“Trinny.” Someone said from the door, so I looked up and Asher was standing there.
“Hi.” I said, sitting up.
“Are you alright?” He asked.
“Gage is pissed at me. I introduced him to a couple of girls at school today and he thinks I was trying to set him up.” I said.
