GENESIS POV
I didn’t come out of my room for the whole rest of the day. Not even when I heard everyone else come home after cleaning up from the battle.
Cooper knocked on the door to come and see me, so Blaze opened the door and he wasn’t that surprised to see that Blaze was with me.
“I’m gonna go and get something to eat. I’ll be back.” Blaze said, leaving the room.
I was still laying on the bed, facing the wall, not really saying anything.
Cooper walked into my room and he sat on the side of my bed. I felt his hand on my hip and I could tell that he was having trouble with what to say.
“I am so sorry to hear about your father. I know that he meant everything to you.” Cooper said. So I turned around to face him and my face was swollen from crying, with streak marks down my face
