The following morning I was woken up by someone bashing on the front door. They weren’t ringing the doorbell or anything like that. They were just bashing on the damn door. I sat up and Blaze also woke up to the noise, but he got out of bed and grabbed his pants to put them on.
He told me to stay in the room while he checked it out and he walked out of the room.
I got up and put a dressing gown on and I walked to the doorway and I could hear some voices at the door, and I finally heard the other person at the door arguing with Blaze. So I walked down the stairs and Thaddeus was standing there.
“What the hell are you doing here?” I asked.
“I heard about the attack last night. So I know that I had to come here as soon as possible.” Thaddeus said.
“Why? No one asked you to come here.
