Two days later, and all of her Troop had opened and read what was in the scrolls they’d been given, though Ryder herself had just put hers aside and left it unread. Reading the scroll wasn’t going to change how her life had been inside that hell in the realm, or what she’d become over the years. All she saw that it did was tick off half the members of her Troop. There was a lot of anger inside the barracks at the moment, something she could understand, and half of them had gone out to the training ground and beat the living hell out of the training dummies. The other half just sat quietly, though she also felt anger rolling off a few of them too. They were handling it better, more like herself, Max and Isla were. Trying she thought to think of a way on how they wanted to deal with it. T
