CHAPTER TWO
Jade was only half listening at the banter going on between her two best friends on Sunday evening. Her mind was reeling over what happened on Thursday and the worst part was that, she wasn’t thinking about her almost over relationship with Lino. All she could think of was Carl with sexiness dripping off him, that punishing kiss at the club and well, how words rolled off his tongue so sinfully. She had to admit he was the epitome of perfection and he knew exactly what to say to turn a woman on and get her panties soaking wet.
She was supposed to be worried about where she was going to get another job but no, all her mind could think of was that British playboy. That strange but very strong pull she felt towards him was inevitable even though she did not want to admit that.
