They took a whole day to travel to that guy’s place. Ariana couldn’t remember his name, but Hannah looked into her memories and shared it with the two of them. His name is Brad.
They easily found his house, but unfortunately, he’s no longer living there. They asked around and found that he left the village.
Hannah sighed. “Let’s keep going.”
Aaron’s not liking how their quest isn’t moving forward.
“Don’t be frustrated. We’ll get this done.” Hannah assured him.
Ariana realized how supportive they are of each other. That’s something she’d been blind to when she met his father. He was a sweet talker but he has many excuses.
He would say one thing and do another. He would try to appease her with his words. He’s very eloquent. And she’d been very gullible. She wasn’t proud of it.
