“Well, I think that can be arranged,” Evan said as he leaned back in his seat. “But for now, you’ll have to crash on the couch,”
“Ok, cool,” Shane shrugged as he easily accepted Evan’s answer. However, I wasn’t as accepting.
“How long do you think?” I asked.
“The cabin I gave to Samara was available. I don’t just have empty cabins sitting open, Dylan. I will make sure one is built for Shane as soon as possible,” he explained, and while I understood, something just wasn’t sitting right with me.
