I wasn’t sure how to respond. Dylan had stolen the moonstone to free himself and his brother. It was for a good cause, but what was truly amazing was the fact that The Royal Guard wasn’t gone. I was sitting across from two of the originals and it blew my mind. That and the fact that Shane was Heather’s mate. For some reason, that broke my heart because I knew how much Heather loved Wesley. They were close. How was that going to work now? I wasn’t sure. I sighed softly as I repositioned myself on the couch.
“You have to tell Evan,” I said as I watched Dylan closely. “I mean it, Dylan. You have to be honest with him. They have a right to know why you took their stone and at least give them the opportunity…the information…to try and get it back,”
