Finally, kasy was asleep in my arms. I led down and felt the relaxing pull of the bond as I drifted of to near sleep. But sleep didn’t claim me.
I wasn’t worried about the pack, well I wasn’t worried about Charlotte and whatever the hell had happened to her. One way or the other kasy would be my Luna, Omega or no Omega. If I thought about it I didn’t want Charlotte near my love. Kasy was to pure to be tarnished by hatred or jealousy. I wanted a strong capable Luna, yes but making her deal with Charlotte by herself was asking for trouble. The pack I trusted and wanted to stay would welcome her. The rest can face my teeth and leave. I had told Kasy only a minute ago I would let them leave with no punishment, but that wasn’t exactly true.
